That is why we offer a 1-year warranty on all our fatbikes, allowing you to enjoy your purchase with complete peace of mind.

What does the warranty cover? Our warranty covers material and workmanship defects that occur under normal use of the fatbike. This means that if there is a defect due to a manufacturing error, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement of the defective part or product.

What is covered by the warranty?

  • Frame defects: If the fatbike frame breaks or suffers structural damage due to a manufacturing defect, it will be covered by the warranty.

  • Wheel, rim, or hub defects: If there is an issue with the wheels, rims, or hubs of your fatbike due to a manufacturing defect, it will also be covered.

  • Motor and electrical component defects: The motor and electrical components of the fatbike (such as the battery and controller) are covered under warranty, as long as there is no damage due to misuse or external causes.

  • Gear and brake system: If the gear system or brakes do not function properly due to a defect in the components, it will be covered by the warranty.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear: Damage caused by normal wear and tear (such as worn brake pads, tires, or chains) is not covered by the warranty.

  • Damage from misuse or poor maintenance: If the fatbike is used incorrectly, such as in extreme conditions, impacts, or falls, such damage is not covered. Damage caused by improper maintenance or non-professional repairs is also excluded.

  • Battery: The warranty does not cover the loss of battery capacity due to regular use over time. Batteries naturally lose capacity over time, which is considered a normal process.

  • Incorrect assembly or modifications: If you assemble, modify, or repair parts yourself without professional assistance, this may void the warranty.

How does the warranty work? If your fatbike presents a defect and you believe it is covered by the warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to our customer service team at info@fatbikepro.es to report your issue. We will ask you to attach photos or videos of the defective part to help us assess the problem more quickly.

  2. Provide proof of purchase: Make sure you can provide proof of purchase so that we can verify the warranty period and process the refund or replacement.

  3. Return the defective part or fatbike: Depending on the issue, we may ask you to send the defective part or the entire fatbike to our return address for inspection. We will provide you with the address and necessary instructions.

  4. Repair or replacement of the fatbike: Once the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective part free of charge. If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement product.

Warranty period The warranty for our fatbikes is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty period is only valid for the original owner and is non-transferable.

How to maintain your fatbike to keep the warranty valid? To ensure that your fatbike remains in good condition and you can fully benefit from the warranty, we recommend following these maintenance tips:

  • Regular maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on your fatbike. Check the tires, brakes, and chain to ensure they function properly. If you are unsure how to maintain your fatbike, consult a professional.

  • Lubricate the chain: Regularly lubricate the chain to prevent wear and extend the lifespan of the components.

  • Check the battery: Ensure that you charge and store the battery correctly according to the fatbike manual instructions. Prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures can reduce battery capacity.

  • Inspect the frame and wheels: Check the frame for cracks or damage and inspect the wheels for proper alignment and tire pressure.
